Refund policy.
1. Money-back window
If you are not satisfied with a new VPS or dedicated server, cancel within 7 days of the first payment and we refund that payment.
2. What is not refunded
Domain registrations, licences bought for you, custom hardware built to your order, and usage beyond the included allowance.
3. Renewals
Renewals are not refunded after the renewal date. Cancel before it to avoid the next charge.
4. How to ask
Open a ticket in the Billing department. We reply within one business day and refund to the original payment method.
