Terms of service.
1. Agreement
By ordering a service you agree to these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Refund Policy and the Service Level Agreement.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate details and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Billing
Services are billed in advance each period. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension and then termination after notice.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your data, software, backups (unless you buy managed backups) and lawful use of the service.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend a service that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may cancel from the client area.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the previous three months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes.
